Meet Morgan
I’ve always been the person others turn to when they need to really figure something out— ideas, dreams, high-pressure moments, and big decisions. I can take 10 seconds or 10 hours of scattered thoughts or brain dumps and turn them into words I know you’re trying to say yourself. I can recall countless times I’ve been (delightfully) accused of reading someone’s mind.
This is a result of me putting the spoken and written word on a pedestal, giving it the study and stewardship its power deserves over the course of my entire life.
I sweat the semantics because they matter. Every. Single. Time. Every speech I’ve given or consulted on, every interview I’ve facilitated, every sheet of talking points I’ve crafted, every piece I’ve written, every ideation intensive and strategy session and brainstorming day I’ve led.
Words shape our inner and outer words. Every word we use matters.
To help you change your corner of the world through words, I first must understand you. What you dream about, what you hope for, how you think, why you aspire to achieve the things you do. To do this, we must care about each other as people, first and foremost. It is the only kind of business model that will stand the test of time.

I founded Stelle Group to give people time, space, support, and expertise to better deliver on their communication needs. Stelle accomplishes this by chipping away at the relationship deficit between people in business and public spaces. Deeper relationships then give us deeper understandings of how certain ideals and visions should be communicated, which then put you more in tune with yourself and your audience.
